At Xotictrends, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item undergoes a strict quality check before it is dispatched from our Lucknow warehouse. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a sizing issue, we are here to make it right with our simple 7-Day Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your package.

Conditions: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or sizing issues. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Exclusions: Due to the intimate nature of our products (lingerie and accessories), please ensure the items are tried on with proper hygiene or handled carefully to remain eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Getting started is easy. You can choose either of these two methods:

3. The Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team:

Pickup: Our authorized logistics partner will be scheduled to collect the product from your doorstep.

Packaging: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging. You must include the original invoice and the packing slip inside the parcel to avoid delays.

Inspection: Once the product reaches our facility and passes a quality inspection, we will proceed with your chosen resolution.

4. Refunds & Replacements
Based on your preference and product availability, we offer:

Replacement: We will ship a new item or the correct size to you at no additional cost.

Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will credit the total amount back to your original method of payment (UPI, Card, or Bank Transfer).

Processing Time: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Please note that we cannot accept returns if:

The request is made after the 7-day window.

The product is returned without the original invoice.
